Who do you work with?
For therapy I work with those that reside in Colorado. I work with those experiencing symptoms of depression and anxiety. I specialize in working with those whose depression and anxiety may be exacerbated by being childless not by choice.
For coaching I work with those looking to increase acceptance around being childless not by choice or extended singleness. We will work together to design a life that bring you meaning, purpose, and fun. I am able to work with coaching clients who live in or outside the United States.
What is the difference between therapy and coaching?
ICF (International Coaching Federation) defines coaching as “partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential. Coaching focuses on visioning, success, the present and moving toward the future. Therapy emphasizes psychopathology, emotions and the past to understand the present, and it works more with developing skills for managing emotions or past issues than does coaching.”

I don’t live in Colorado can you still be my therapist or coach?
Therapy- No, you must be a resident of Colorado. If during the free consultation or at any point during our work together if you are outside Colorado and it is determined therapy is the most appropriate service I can assist by providing a referral for therapy in your state.
Coaching- Yes, I can be in different states or countries and work together as coach and client.
What are your rates?
I am not credentialed on any insurance panels.
My rate is $125 per 45min session.
What is your cancellation policy?
I require 24hrs notice for cancellation. If less than 24hrs notice is provided you may be charged a $75.00 cancellation fee. If you no show you may be charged the full cost of the session.
How do I book a free 30min consultation session?
In this consultation, I will ask you some questions about your goals and what you are interested in working on or changing in your life. We will determine if therapy or coaching is the most appropriate service and if it feels like we would be a good match. Asking for help can be difficult and I am committed to assisting you in finding the right help for you. If we are not a good match I can assist in finding alternative provider options.
